Fahd Mulawwah
Background
Fahd has extensive real estate experience including overseeing $2 billion in capital deployment at a prominent institutional SFR/BTR fund, where he identified high-growth opportunities in core markets and led joint venture equity initiatives. With over $4.5 billion in commercial real estate transactions to his name, Fahd has managed off-market transactions and value-add multifamily deals in excess of $2 billion, establishing strong institutional partnerships and consistently delivering superior value-add returns. His expertise spans portfolio construction, risk assessment, and strategic joint-venture equity placements. Fahd currently serves as Board Advisor to a Chinese single family office specializing in distressed and special situation lending, where he continues to provide strategic guidance and support in the firm’s investment approach.

Brendan Manning
Background
Brendan has advised a diverse set of real estate private equity platforms on strategy, capital formation, and execution, across various strategies, asset classes, and positions within the capital structure. Previously, he led the real estate investments for a single-family office based on Fisher Island, an exclusive members-only island off the coast of Miami Beach, FL. In that role, he served on the Investment Committee, and held a management position as a Director of portfolio management and acquisitions, with a focus on residential and office assets across core and core-plus strategies. He also led capital formation of IGC funds as a Director, launching a $300 million flagship fund focused on mission-driven affordable housing, working closely with local municipalities and state governments. An expert in strategic and structured equity allocation, he brings a unique skill set to Pacific Square’s strategies.

David Perez
Background
Prior to Joining Pacific Square, David served as both President and Chief Operating Officer at CARROLL, the institutional powerhouse with $20 billion in transaction volume across more than 200 acquisitions, $4.4 billion in equity raised, nearly 140 exits since inception, and was recently acquired by The RMR Group. Perez’s data-centric, customer-minded approach helped position CARROLL and its platform among the industry leaders for real estate, setting the stage for sustained growth under his guidance. Following the acquisition, he was appointed to lead RMR’s efforts in Residential Real Estate. Prior to CARROLL, Perez led financial advisory assignments for both EY and Houlihan Lokey and consulted on strategic technical work as part of Slalom Consulting. David also acts as Board Advisor to RE-OPS, a procurement marketplace optimizing maintenance costs for real estate owners and operators, and Lightswitch, a platform that invests in and partners with leading property management companies.
David serves as Senior Advisor at Pacific Square, where he advises on sponsor evaluation, investment execution, and client development.
